Why use KiwiOz Nannies?

Using a recognised agency is the safest way of taking on a job both in NZ and whilst overseas. You will be given honest and appropriate advice on salaries and job expectations, which will help you avoid taking on a role only to arrive and find you are being paid a very low rate. We will help you through the interview process and once placed every job has a trial period, so if for any reason the job is not what you expected or were told you are able to receive advice to best resolve the situation and have support to find a better match.

What we expect from you

Due to a high volume of applicants we cannot register every candidate. On that basis we select only those candidates we feel will uphold our standards to the highest level.

As a KiwiOz nanny we expect you to:
- be well presented and approach every interview with the utmost professionalism (including your registration interview here at KiwiOz), presenting yourself in a friendly and open manner
- arrive on time with all of your documents organised to all of the interviews we arrange for you. We would rather you plan your time to arrive with half an hour to spare than be 5 minutes late
- once you have found a family to work, act professionally at all stages and complete your duties to the highest possible standard.
