 Our nannies are selected on a basis of qualifications and experience, and are full of the initiative that Australasians are famous for. We are confident that any nanny you select through our service will become a valued member of your team.
We supply permanent and temporary nannies and mothers helps on a full time, part time, live in or daily basis. We are well known in the industry for our stringent selection procedure and will only promote candidates we believe will represent our company well.
We always strive to find candidates who have qualifications and/ or age relevant experience for your children. As a general guide our minimum requirements are:
Nanny - In the main our sole charge nannies are candidates who are qualified in childcare and/ or have long term experience working as a nanny (at least 3 years, or 2 years if the candidate has been working full time). We also find qualified teachers and nurses popular. We always look for candidates who have good age relevant experience.

Shared Charge Nanny - Our shared charge nannies often have a lower level of experience as they are generally working alongside a parent. Good candidates for shared charge roles include the newly qualified nanny and candidates with childcare centre/ nursery or teacher aide experience.

Mothers Helps - Mother's helps are accepted from all backgrounds, and will often have temporary experience in a childcare centre/ nursery or babysitting experience.
Maternity Nurse: Maternity Nurses are trained or experienced nurses or nannies who specialise in the care of newborn babies. A Maternity Nurse will help the mother from the time she leaves hospital until both mother and baby are settled into a routine at home. This is normally a period of between 4-8 weeks; however the amount of time you wish to book a Maternity Nurse is totally flexible and will depend on individual circumstances.
Babysitter- Babysitters care for children in the evenings from 6.30pm onwards. We use only qualified and experienced nannies background checked by our agency as our babysitters.
