Lisa Rutledge- Director
Lisa is the Managing Director of the Auckland office and one of the founders of KiwiOz Nannies. She lived in the US for six months and the UK for 5 years whilst establishing the London office with Rachel Ogg her business partner. She returned to NZ in late 2005 to establish the NZ office and loves being back in NZ. Outside of work she loves to snowboard, play tennis, run or swim but does have limited time to do these activities!

Geva Maher- Senior recruitment consultant
Geva lived in the USA for 15 years but was born here in NZ. She has been with KiwiOz since early 2007 and is now one of our key consultants. Her endless energy means that she keeps everyone on their toes in the office and is great when dealing with first time parents to sort their childcare requirements. Geva has recently taken up skiing so she is often planning her next trip away to the snow.

Sally Newby- Consultant
Sally is a Kiwi and our resident Mum, being the proud parent of Olivia aged 4. As a mother and highly experienced previous nanny herself Sally understands both sides of the coin, so is often able to magic up great solutions to your childcare issues. Sally is based in SW London and enjoys networking in the local area and dealing with local families and nannies.

 Karen Lynch- Consultant
Karen is a qualified nanny and joined the KiwiOz team in 2008 as a nanny to two of our families. She has recently joined the KiwiOz office team to experience life on the other side of the desk! Karen is an organised and knowledgeable consultant with a bubbly personality, and she is always determined to come up with the best possible options for every family.
