KiwiOz Nannies also offers a Gold Service for clients looking for a more in depth and hands on recruitment process. Our Gold Service provides each family with the following benefits: - On site visit & registration. Instead of the over the phone job registration, a consultant will meet with you either at your home or an agreed location to register your job, discuss the “ideal nanny”, go over the process and time line, and answer any questions or concerns. This is a great way for our consultants to get a feel for the role and the family and enables us to place a nanny that will match the children and the family’s personalities, preferences, etc. - Personality Test Service. KiwiOz offers a typology test service which a family can choose to have the nanny complete. This is an extra cost and can be tailored to suit the family’s requirements. - Initial Interview set up, 2nd interview set up, and trial day/days. With our Gold Service we require that all nannies have two interviews and then a trial day or days with a family. After this process has been completed and an offer of employment has been made and accepted, a KiwiOz consultant will meet with the family and nanny to go over all details and clearly format a job description for the nanny and an employment agreement for the family. - Placement Maintenance. Our Gold Service offers monthly placement maintenance with your KiwiOz consultant checking in at the end of each month either by phone or by email (depending on what the family and nanny prefers). There is a sign up cost for this added service and a set nanny placement fee, please ask your consultant for more details on this when registering with us. |
