 Below is a step by step process of how KiwiOz Nannies works, please do not hesitate to call us direct at any stage if you have any questions.
1. Register with KiwiOz
Call us on 09 309 3977 to speak with one of our consultants, or complete the online registration form and your nearest consultant will be in touch.
2. View Candidate profiles
Once you have registered your position your consultant will discuss any candidates who could potentially suit your role. All nanny profiles will be emailed through to you which include a photo, their full CV with no gaps in employment, written reference and verbal reference checks which have all been completed by one of our consultants.
3. Interviews are arranged
Any candidates you express an interest in will be contacted by your consultant, who will arrange suitable interview times on your behalf. It is normal for the nannies to come to your home to meet with you and discuss the job description and their background and experience.
4. Employment Agreements
Once you have decided on a suitable candidate we can supply you with a standard employement agreement to modify and use should you choose to.
5. PAYE
As an employer you are responsible for organising and paying your nannies PAYE. Your KiwiOz consultant will be happy to help you arrange this. Please ask about our Payroll service.
6. Guarantee
Once you have confirmed your nanny a fee is payable to the agency. This comes with a replacement guarantee should your nanny not work out.
