Below is a step by step process of how KiwiOz Nannies works, please do not hesitate to call us direct at any stage if you have any questions.
1. Register with KiwiOz
Complete our online client registration form or call us on 09 309 3977 to speak with one of our consultants
2. View Candidate profiles
Once you have registered your position with KiwiOz your consultant will start contacting nannies and a brief job description will be displayed on our website. We will email through nanny profiles for all possible candidates and these profiles include a photo of the nanny, their full CV, written references, qualifications/certificates and verbal reference checks which have been completed by KiwiOz consultants.
3. Interviews are arranged
Once you look through the nanny profiles, you contact your consultant and we will organise the interviews on your behalf. We do not pass on the contact details for any of our nannies until confirmation of employment. It is normal for the nannies to come to your home to meet with you and discuss the job description, their background and experience.
4. Placement fee’s & Employment Agreements
Once you have completed your interviews and met with the perfect nanny, we will help you with the offer of employment and provide you with template employment agreements. Our placement fee for a permanent nanny placement is a percentage of the nannies annual salary + GST.
Note: Please speak with a KiwiOz consultant if you are looking for a temporary nanny or babysitter as the costs for these bookings vary.
5. PAYE
As an employer you are responsible for organising and paying your nannies PAYE. Your KiwiOz consultant will be happy to help you arrange this either through the KiwiOz payroll service or we can provide you with alternative options.
6. Guarantee
Once you have hired a nanny through KiwiOz the invoice for your placement fee will be issued. This comes with a 2 month guarantee period should your nanny not work out and we offer staggered refund rates or a replacement nanny free of charge.
Note: To qualify for the guarantee period your invoice must be settled within 14 days of issue date.
7. Placement maintenance and support
Your consultant will check in after the nanny’s second week and again throughout the 2 month guarantee. We are always available for any placement support or conflict resolution, employment obligation advice, etc.
