Register online Register and send us your CV using the online form. We will be in touch to advise if your application has been successful. Your KiwiOz interview If your application is successful you will be invited to interview with one of our consultants. At this interview we will discuss your experience and suitability as we as going over potential jobs and paperwork. Meeting the parents If we are happy with your interview we will start promoting you to registered parents and start arranging interviews. In most cases you will go to the family home to have an interview. If you are not in your destination country yet we can organise a phone interview. Usually parents will select top applicants to second interview or trial. Job Offers If you are offered a job we can advise you on the suitability of the offer based on both your experience and the current market rates. We provide the parents with a sample contract which they can complete to outline your full responsibilities, pay and holiday allowances. Trial periods There is usually a trial period of up to 3 months when either party can give limited notice should they feel the person/ role is not right for them. After the trial period it is normal for either party to have 4-6 weeks notice to terminate the contract. Register online here |
