Register online Register and send us your CV using the online form. We will be in touch to advise if your application has been successful. Your KiwiOz interview If your application is successful you will be invited to interview withone of our consultants. At this interview we will discuss yourexperience and suitability as we as going over potential jobs andpaperwork. Meeting the parents If we are happy with your interview we will start promoting you to registered parents and start arranging interviews. Inmost cases you will go to the family home to have an interview. If youare not in your destination country yet we can organise a phoneinterview. Usually parents will select top applicants to secondinterview or trial. Job Offers If you are offered a job we can advise you on the suitability ofthe offer based on both your experience and the current market rates.We provide the parents with a sample contract which they can completeto outline your full responsibilities, pay and holiday allowances. Trial periods There is usually a trial period of up to 3 months when either party cangive limited notice should they feel the person/ role is not right forthem. After the trial period it is normal for either party to have 4-6weeks notice to terminate the contract. Register online here |
