KiwiOz Nannies understood our brief so implicitly, the first of their nannies we met was offered the job. This is not to say we aren't fussy! With our requirements being split across a sole care/nanny share scenario, in two different homes, our brief was not straight forward. 'I called Geva last week looking for a temporary nanny for Thurs/ Fri this week as we're inbetween one permanent nanny starting and the other one finishing. She was able to promptly get back to me with the CV and details of someone who she thought would be suitable (considerably quicker than any of the other nanny agencies I called) and as a result we went ahead with the booking.
Unfortunately, the temp nanny called in sick early this morning (Friday) and Geva called me just after 7.30 am this morning to let me know, but instead of just telling me there was a problem she also told me what she was doing about solving it. She headed into the office early to ring around and find me a nanny for today, and although she wasn't able to get hold of someone immediately, she also called me back at around 8am to let me know that although she had no concrete news, she was just waiting for people to call her back. This phone call just to keep me updated was much appreciated. She then called me back a short while later to let me know that she'd got a solution and it was with nannies that she felt comfortable would be good with babies, as she didn't want to recommend anyone to us who wouldn't do the right job for us.
She's demonstrated excellent customer service and problem solving skills and as a result have no hesitation in recommending your agency to others who are looking for a nanny. I can categorically state that Geva as a representative of your agency is in an entirely superior league than other agencies.

'I am just writing to say a HUGE thank you for organising us with an awesome nanny to hang out with our children last night (Thursday). A was just fantastic, on time, friendly and had Ava (20 months) warming to her in the first 5 minutes which made it so much easier for us to leave our babies with someone we had just met!
